• Complete the interest form on the next page.  The information you provide us is confidential and will not be shared with any third party company. You will need to agree to our disclosure terms before submitting your information.
  

• If we are interested, we will ask you to send a script, treatment, or outline.
  

• Once we accept your project, we will submit the film to our investor group.  We not only work with an existing group of investors, but we solicit new ones all the time.
  

• We do not fund 100% of a project, rather we will commit from 30%-50% of the proposed budget.  We hold any funds in an escrow account and once all the financing has been arranged, we will disperse funds. However, before we release any funds we will review several items like bonds, insurance, contracts, background checks on principles.  
  

• We will require you to sign a Brokerage Representation Agreement.  This allows CFF to represent your project to investors.  This gives us a chance to represent your project to investors.  It also gives us time to fully evaluate your project and research your proposal.  
  

• We do not charge any upfront fees to represent your project to investors.
  

• For any investments we bring to your project we offer flexible commissions and fees.
